Ordered two chicken macs with fries and they didn't even give me my two sandwiches just one.
There is a difference in the way McDonalds are run. You can tell the employees really love their jobs at this site. What an awesome experience!
It's been a while since I've had any issues, at the west side location, until the last couple of visits. Once it was because we weren't given all of our order, it happens. But today... we were left sitting at the pickup window with no one at it for well over 5 minutes. Our drinks were visible when we pulled up, and we watched someone place our food on a rack and walk away. 3 employees standing in plain sight and not one addressed the fact that there was no one at the window or acknowledged our presence.
