Staff was very friendly and polite, this is one of the favorite McDonald's of me and my family.
Made a mobile order and was pulled forward in line and sat there for 37 minutes. Worker was super nice and apologized for the long wait but come on people get it together. It’s not efficient pulling people forward just to take their money and wait almost an hour. They are worried about drive time more than getting people in and out. Ridiculous.
Ordered 3 happy meals, very simple. We were told to pull around to the front to wait on the food so we did. 45 minutes later with screaming hungry children we finally went inside & asked where our food was. Low & behold, they were all 3 on the counter & staff members were just sitting around. Absolutely ridiculous!
