Gave 3 stars for the simple fact... breakfast crew is amazing!!! Always hot and fresh every time with no wait. Now to the bad... Evening shift absolutely sucks. They all need fired and replaced. Especially manger David. He argued with me for 20 minutes in the drive thru.-- I pulled up for my mobile order and he told me my order was not in the system because he didn't accept my order. Preordered thru app for pickup and still had to wait 15 mins. Horribly understaffed with cars lined up around the building waiting for their orders. The kicker - Food was horrible when I finally got my order. Couldn’t eat it. No one at the counter the entire time to tell about it. TERRIBLE experience overall and waste of my money.
A wait for over 30 min in the drive thru line for a 6pc happy meal and 3 crispy strips is insane! Do better!
