Is it not a requirement to have at the very least “good” customer service? They cuss in front of customers, they don’t smile, they can’t read the screen, they are rude. Do better Centralia. Get a new crew, start fresh. 10-10 Would not recommend. Go to a different town..
Multiple times now I have come in here to pick up the online order and have had to wait 30 plus minutes for my food. Employees don't have any clue what they are doing and don't communicate, customers can hear them messing their orders up from the front of the house. Ordered online at home, waited 15 and went to the store only to wait 30 minutes for an order that was incorrect and missing items. No excuse for it at all, extremely disappointing.
Takes so long to get a little bit of food, took us 45 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend going here to eat mcdonald’s, I thought it was supposed to be fast food.
20 minutes for 2 teas and a cold apple pie is ridiculous…. Do better
