Worst McDonald’s in Macomb county . Never been to one as bad as this one . Order is wrong every single time , or the food is so bad you can’t even eat it . Need to shutdown and fire everyone including gm and start with all new staff and a gm that actually cares and knows how to train and run a restaurant
I travel a lot via car and end up stopping at McDonalds a lot as it’s convenient. I have never in my life been to a place as bad as this - I paid for my food and never got it, staff was screaming at each other in the back, the entire lobby was crowded around the cash register trying to get a refund/their food and no one was there. I was not the first one to end up having to leave without my food. Try to steal my food for me said to another girl who worked there “he came in for the burger you kept“ didn’t know the theft was OK in the workplace and when I called the manager, she said it will be “discussed“ you try to boldly steal from me and I’m calling you out. This is my call out to everybody so they know do not order curbside. They will keep your food.
I went through the drive through, and order 10 piece nuggets, large fries, medium fries and small fries, 2 McDoubles with 2 big mac sauce, large coffee and 2 medium coke extra ice. The only thing that was good was the drinks. Fries were cold and limped. They are supposed to be hot and crispy and they wasn't. I dont like being served food that been sitting.
