It's gotten better over the years thus location has gotten better I don't know if it was a change in staff or a change in management but it's way better than b4 quick didn't go inside but usally be clean unless just super busy !!!
They put a Bigmac in my Quarter Pounder Box,the Fries were old and soggy, the food was just gross tasting. Its got me sick feeling. I get it that its hard to get help but serving the public this kind of food ? I ordered 10-17-2026 door dash took over 45 minutes there. Next time I order door dash and 9mile McDonald's pops up,I will cancel the order.
Everything about the store is slow floor are dirty and and filthy food all over. I’m surprised I didn’t see a rat running around workers act like zombies and slow as hell.
We waited here 30 mins for RAW BURGERS and COLD FOOD. I wanted a refund but the manager insisted on making the food correctly. The health department should be called and whoever they have cooking and or training should be fired. I will say that 2 of the girls under the manager are nice and surely are a lot more knowledgeable that the manager Felicia.. they even told her to refund me and she did not, so I left with burgers to feed to my dogs… I did call the customer service number and have not received a call back.. seems typ... read more
