while this location is usually fine, the past two times I have gone the food has been cold, which is so disappointing. then most recently, they gave me the wrong sandwich. so to have cold fries and a cold wrong sandwich just really steered me away from coming to the Falls Rd location.
Germantown way over priced
Ignore the hateful reviews they’re all typed by people who want to boost their own image by degrading others. The team members at the Falls Rd. McDonald’s are among the most dedicated to their jobs and sorely under appreciated people.
Both of the managers that were working Alyssa and Sarah were very rude to me food was dry and cold was disappointed to hear that Alyssa is a higher up manager and was treating me so poorly I won't be back there
