Poor customer service! I order from here everyday, numerous times per day. I ordered a combo one day and the fries tasted like cardboard in which they were replaced. I then ordered an apple pie and was served a cold pie. I told the window person the pie was cold and never even took a bite. I was told the pies would take 11 minutes and waited 25 minutes never receiving my pie. There was no busy customer rush at all. The service is usually good, but when staff gets angry, they treat you badly here.
Never get all my sauces
Food was like usual, the service was superior. Appreciated.
The customer service was lacking and I was snapped at for asking for a receipt. When I got home with my food I found that my order was not completed properly. I will not be returning to the McDonalds that I been going to since I was a kid.
