I ordered via mobile app at 8:24. Was given my coffee and told to wait in space 1 and the rest will be brought out. I sat until 8:45, then turned off the car and walked in. They had no idea I was waiting. Then he made my order. Horrible service. Plenty of employees and 7 customers left served while I waited. Skip this location and go to Cedarburg instead. I know it’s a Monday night but this is stupid.
Poor customer service! I order from here everyday, numerous times per day. I ordered a combo one day and the fries tasted like cardboard in which they were replaced. I then ordered an apple pie and was served a cold pie. I told the window person the pie was cold and never even took a bite. I was told the pies would take 11 minutes and waited 25 minutes never receiving my pie. There was no busy customer rush at all. The service is usually good, but when staff gets angry, they treat you badly here.
