Both Bigmac boxes were covered in grease and fries old, requested new fries which tasted great but only filled half way. I ordered a large fry, not a large fry box filled half way! Clearly staff here just doesn't care.
I’ve not had an issue with this location prior to today (4/26/2026) but unfortunately today there was a small insect crawling on my sandwich in after I opened it. I’m absolutely disgusted and I’m back on my McDonald’s boycott. Truly unfortunate experience, I’m hoping management reaches out so we can make this right. I wish there was a single decent McDonald’s location within 30 miles of Milwaukee.
