The drive thru attendant did not listen to our order so we went in and ordered. Listening is a lost art and multitasking is not always the best.
This location is beautiful on the outside but it is disgustingly filthy inside. Dirty floors and tables in the completely empty dining room. Filthy bathroom with towels on floor and a backed up toilet. The working stall had no toilet paper. When I told the person at the cash register, she couldnt have been less interested. Clearly, the problem was known to her and there was no plan to solve it. They didn't have iced tea and the 14 y.o. server didn't know how to take an order for iced coffee. Bathroom unusable. Baby changer down. Bugs on toilet seat. When asked about uncleanliness worker said "Oh yeah toilet backed up." Had no iced tea or tea for that matter. Worker patronized me about the difference between iced coffee and coffee with ice. Worst service ever. If you are losing hope in humanity, here is your proof!
Horrible service. Employees come out of the bathroom without washing hands, the manager hands out food to anyone lol not even to the right person just grabs a bag and its like Christmas, you never.know what your getting.... im a dasher shes done this to me several times. Her times are slow she doesn't even know how what's going on half of the time..... don't you dare try and go to the front counter to place an order, youll be waiting 20 minutes as the employees (including that manager I was talking about) look at you like wh... read more
Despite waiting 35 minutes in line, our fries were cool and soggy/chewy. Plus, continually out of, not making sweet tea.
