I was in the drive thru, there was no line. I was sitting there for minutes, another car drove up on the other side and their order was taken. Still no one took my order for more minutes. Still there is no line, I called out to get help so I could order. Then I drove up to the window and place my order. The first window person at least said an apology. Placed a mobile order (beverages) at 3:07. It is now 3:26 AND I am still waiting. Came out at 3:28. Ridiculous. The girl who brought out my order was very friendly- not her fault. This tiny sundae was $3.69! I can get one twice this size for $3 @ Costco. Never again. Slowest service EVER for mobile orders.
They didn’t even bother to put my fries in the little baggie -_-
