I pulled up at 9:30 at night in the drive thru behind someone, sat there for 10 minutes with no service before they decided to drive off. Waited another 5 minutes before of no service before deciding to go to the first window. And they had a note taped to the window saying “Closed”. This isn’t the first time this kind of thing has happened. They are chronically closed early. No problem if you don’t want to be open that late but change your hours if you’re not gonna be open.
I had a frustrating experience at the McDonald’s in Delhi (Cincinnati). I stopped in to order a simple cup of ice water and was told I couldn’t get one unless I purchased something else. The manager, Heather, was very rude and unhelpful during the interaction, which made the situation even worse. What’s especially disappointing is that I went to another McDonald’s location right afterward and was able to get a large cup of water without any issue. How did Delhi McDonald's get worser than Price Hill?Customer Service, Being Polite communication and Fast Food is all out the door here. Doesn't matter if you order 30 mins in advance, your not getting your order in a reasonable timeframe...3 to 5 mins, on a mobile order should be good...Not here, 10 mins plus.. Customer Service, Being Friendly.... forget that .. they're mad you took their attention from their phone...Even have chairs now so they can sit and Snapchat instead of helping your team...Team is probably not in the... read more
Ordered food at 1026 on mobile app got to window at 1030 lady was rude stating the order is cancelled because it's after 1030 why not make it 1029
