Stopped at this McDonald’s today as it is close to my job and they normally take a little due to short staffing, and I even understand the system going down in the back and them facing difficulties due to that, but to wait 25 minutes for 2 items is absolutely ridiculous. The food is usually okay, when I finally get it.
You can guarantee that you will be pulled around to the front of the building behind a line of cars, even with no one behind you.
Always have a rude McAttitude, I think it comes with the food nowadays.
I am so happy that you forced us to pull around to your front door to wait for 10 minutes so you don’t go over your customer service clock, and our pancakes are still as hard as a rock. You didn’t give us enough butter for them and we have no syrup and of course because you had us pull around, we couldn’t ask for that stuff at the window because you’re trying to get around the window timer, Terrible way to run a business.
