Employee and Managers are clueless. They gave me an ice cold latte that I was able to drink with a straw. So I took it to the counter and the manager said I can't remake it we are out of vanilla she said would you like a coffee instead. I said yeah if you refund the difference. She said if I refund it you will have to buy the coffee. So she refunded the $2 upcharge and tried to get me to buy a coffee. I said I just want the coffee that comes with the combo.
