No one at the cash. Another customer had to keep ringing the bell for attention. About 5 min later an employee showed up to serve her. I waited for my order of 2 coffees for over 10 minutes. Employees were chatting, laughing not paying attention to preparing orders. My coffees were cold. Asked for a replacement and they were replaced with cold coffees again. I left without getting what I paid for. Horrible experience.

I'm not sure what's been happening, but in the last few weeks, either my husband or I have had poor experiences when ordering from here. I get it — everyone has off days. I've worked in fast food and understand the process. Our experience has included them forgetting or giving us the wrong item, handing our order to someone else, or completely getting it wrong. They close at 10pm despite the app and wedsite saying 24hrs. They need to update that so people don't waste their time .

The women at the counter was extremely rude. We asked for assistance and she snapped and said we could go through the drive thru if we needed help.
