Every time I go there nobody understands English the whole store acts like nobody can help they just stare at you awkwardly then they have long line take too long with orders and always messing up your order I think something needs to happen because I’m No longer eating at a place that nobody understands me it should take 15 for someone to take my order when I’m the only person in line or 10 to get my one cheeseburger
I rarely buy food here, but I like to get an iced mocha with an extra shot of espresso. This is a $5.60 drink, so I expect it to have that extra shot, that I paid for. Unfortunately here they only put the extra shot in sometimes. The employees need better training.
