Service is good but they can't help it if there's bad customers creating issues but will help if it's reported. My biggest complaints are the app.
Food was decent. Service not so much. Also, if you want to go through the drive-thru but are not from around here, Google Maps will tell you to turn right, but wait until the second right. The setup is weird.
Management helped me with my three grandsons, in bringing the food to the table. Carrying around with 2 two year olds and a four year old is a lot of work. My compliments to all the mothers that manage this everyday
