Worst service and food I've had in a long time!! Went to the drive-up this morning and the kid taking the order was not listening to what we wanted. All we wanted was 2 bisquit and gravys and 4 breakfast burritos. He kept telling us that we ordered 6 bisquits and gravys and only 2 burritos after a lot of convencing to get our order correct he finally got it right which took almost 15 minutes. 4 out of 5 times you order anything here its wrong. The line cooks are incompetent Edit: still the same. Jesus.

I visit this establishment all the time and today was the last time I love frappes and the machine has been down forever over two weeks and today I wanted breakfast and I ordered orange juice and they were out of it I mean come on You're a restaurant how do you not have what you need . If the frappe machine is down take it off the menu and I wouldn't have to keep asking if it's fixed. I hope everything gets better soon.
