Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Took 45 minutes to get my food because they gave my order to someone else. That “someone else” came in the restaurant while I was waiting and said that he was able to change his flat tire in the parking lot faster than he got his correct food order. My food was cold when I finally got. My fries were dumped into my bag. Terrible experience!
In 2025, it would be expected that an employees personal feels on ethnicity or relationship status would not be a factor on the service that they provide. Sadly, that was not the case in our situation being an interracial couple. The employee who took our order had an attitude when doing so. When our food was prepared she almost threw it at us and told us to have a great day. Very impressed! Went on a Saturday afternoon, tables, floor and restrooms all very clean, not one fly in the whole place. Food was the best I've ever had at a McDonald's. The double quarter pounder looked like the picture! Not all sideways and smashed up.I wish I had taken a picture of the burger to post it was that good. These people are taking pride in thier service and is shows. Keep up the great work!
