It doesn't matter if you order at the drive thru or 5, 10, even 15 minutes in advance on the app... If you order chicken and you show up too early then your chicken isn't ready yet, if you do show up and the chicken is ready then the fries aren't ready... But no matter what, you arrive, you speak to them, you pull up, and then you wind up waiting off to the side. I give up expecting any timely service for chicken.
