Food was cold. Fries stale n nasty.
Owned by a franchise. Seems like every time we go it's pull forward, it's way more expensive than other McDonald's around, something is always wrong and a long wait time.
Was passing through and stopped for a "quick" bite to eat. Took 15-minutes for our 2, $5 meal deals to come out. To be fair, they were running orders out to the drive thru constantly. Assuming they were understaffed and had several errors. We did have to use a kiosk and saw nobody when we arrived. Food finally came out and the kid did apologize for the wait. He said the manager gave us extra nuggets! Lol. Yep, we did get extra nuggets- nice gesture but the food was luke warm to cold. Definitely was sitting there for a while.... read more
