I went to order food on here and the manager saw I used my points and didn’t want to honor it and said there’s nothing he can do , this is ridiculous and I would like to speak to a higher up !
I liked how the people working showing concern for the customers
I understand fast food is supposed to be fast. This location is the opposite. This location is not fast at all. There’s no reason why I ordered one meal and had to wait 10 whole minutes on my 30 minute lunch break on top of that the young adult taking my order did not listen when I specify what type of meal I wanted. When I worked at McDonald’s, we had a thing called drive-through times and I don’t know if you guys still have drive-through times but making people park around the restaurant to lower your drive-through time so... read more
