Update for everyone. It's still absolutely the worst McDonald's you will go to. It's always pull up and wait at this location then they screw the order up anyway. Management is terrible and so is the food. But yet they want big money to screw the order up everytime. The workers and the owners take no pride in this location. The food is terrible and the wait is even worse.
I'm not sure what was going on with their air conditioning on the hottest day of the year, but the heat inside was beyond intolerable. We were going to dine in but decided to eat in our car with a/c. We ordered two large chocolate shakes, and they couldn't be bothered to fill them properly. I will say that I felt bad for any employees working inside that location today.
Y’all need get your shit together! A hour? A hour for them to figure out my order. Learn your job, or don’t work at all. The boss is just as bad! Was told I’d get a gift card in the mail for the inconvenience, and never did. Your customer service is no better.
