I don't know who they like to hire here, but they need an upgrade FAST. The cooks don't know how to read an order, neither does the bagger and the drive thru people that takes orders don't know how to do their jobs. Everyone needs to be re-trained ASAP. the last 5 times I've been to this location, I received my order completely incorrect. 2 weeks ago I sat in with my family, I waited 30 minutes for our order and the only way I got it was going up to the counter and asking for it. Hours posted are wrong. They must close at 10 because when I went through the drive thru at 10:10 no one was around to take my order.
