This McDonald's is just aweful. I find at least one mistake every time I visit. Today's visit was the last straw. I am not going to this particular location ANY MORE. They forgot to include fries, sauce for nuggets which I specifically requested, no napkins in the bag when I did the drive-thru, and I had 2 extra chicken sandwiches I didn't order(assuming they were for the people behind me), and 9 nuggets in the 10-piece nuggets meal. Dear Sirs, As a customer, I am generally appreciative of the good food, the fact that coffee refills are free to us senior citizens, as well as the early opening time for us early risers. But I walked out of the Swan and Sunrise restaurant after encountering the worst example of good customer relations I have observed in many years. The person in charge of opening the store and serving early morning customers (name is DEE) was not only unfriendly but actually rude and disrespectful.
