My food was fresh, and service was prompt. Seemed like everything was running smoothly. Didn't have to wait too long in the drive-thru. Overall, it was a good experience.
Just when One thinks that McDonald's can not get any worse. Even with the remodel, same crappy service. I went inside cause I HATE drive thru's. Only to find out they have only KIOSKS. I refuse to use them. NO One would wait on me at the counter. And No SODA Machines in lobby either. So I went to the drive thru, Messed up my order. Was not even A busy time. Went back a week later in the drive with a friend. Same thing. Screwed up order. My own fault for not checking. Will no longer be going to any more McDonald's Kiosk store... read more
Worst McDonald’s ever. They do NOT care about their walk-in customers. This is the second time that I have waited over 15 minutes for my food, only to then ask for a refund and then be told, oh I’ll see what’s going on. It’s great that they can take care of the Drive Thru so quick, but try applying the same techniques to your walk-ins. Management could care less and that’s why this store goes down as the worst I’ve ever been to. Dias Management, you should be ashamed. Asked for crispy food, wasn't so.
Gave my code, got interrupted, a car that had rolled up after me was served first. Then when we did get our food, it’s lathered in way too much mayo to the point we couldn’t finish the burgers. To add insult to injury, they didn’t give us napkins to deal with the slushed contents. Happy Mother’s Day
