Argued with us that the food was plain, only to find it was not when we got it
Well this McDonald's is on my way to the entrance point which is a secret place where I get into the park right there right now it's private and I'm able to do all the things that I need to do to get me in the mood to play around with some people that I might or might not know. Butler McDonald's is nice and very clean and the bathroom is always phenomenal.
It's okay
This is the worst McDonald's service at this location: 1. It takes almost an hour to get a food order; 2. The tables and restrooms are always dirty; 3. The ordering kiosks never print a receipt 🧾. The employees are more concerned with chatting among themselves than with serving customers or getting the food out quickly. For a fast-food restaurant, the service here is terrible—if it were up to me, it would be closed down. Since it's supposed to be a fast-food place, they really ought to serve people quickly.
I ordered from this McDonald’s through Uber Eats because it is the closest location to me. My order included a Big Mac, nuggets, and fries. I want to make it clear that Uber Eats and my delivery driver were not the issue at all. The delivery itself was perfectly fine. The problem was the absolutely unacceptable quality of the food I received from this location. The Big Mac was terrible.
