Cold and uninviting. Sticky floors. Mobile order took forever to get. Employees were nice and working hard. Better than the one on craycraft though.
Has improved quite a bit but still a few disappointments here and there with staff. Need to work on better customer relations without the attitude, but that's only a few staff there. Management needs to figure that out
My big Mac bun had mold scraped off the bun with a pungent mildew or mold smell. The GM blamed it on the toaster being dirty after stating they just checked the bread due to issues but there was no mold. Why were you checking them for issues if there wasn't problems with the buns. No mold because you scraped the mold off before re bagging them. I will absolutely never return to this location.
