Idk why I even bother using the app when they refuse to add the sauces I order to my bag. It’s been countless times they won’t put my sauces in the bag! Even when I order chicken. I shouldn’t have to go through my bag and check every time. Then I have to say “can I get the three ranches I ordered, please?” To only be handed two. Such terrible service
Idek what this is but I just opened my sandwich and this is the first thing I seen.. Disgusting..
They NEVER get an order correct, food is cold or just old, no one seems to give a hoot, most workers are rude and whether you wait 45 minutes in the drive thru line or 30 minutes inside, it is a horrible experience.
