If I could give this McDonald's zero stars, I would. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNugget Meal with a large fry, a large Mango Pineapple Refresher, and no sauce. Somehow, the drink was correct. The food, however, was not. As I was pulling away, I reached into the bag and found a Filet-O-Fish instead of my nuggets. Not once, not twice, but three different times they have shorted me 10-piece nuggets. And when I call, nobody answers the phone! Is it so hard to count to 10? I get if they're busy, but it's always slow when we go. Do better, Hwy 107 McDonald's.
I went through the drive through just few minutes ago so probably around 8:30pm. When I got home ( which is less then 3 min awa) my fish sandwich was cold, my fries were stale, and my nuggets were rubbery. I call the store to complain and was told that since I wasn't going to go back up there i was just wasting the person's time... this was very unprofessional and unacceptable... I will not be eating at this location and will be telling everyone i know to not eat at this location.
