Why would you think it's ok to charge for a more expensive product because you failed to order the correct paper products.? Charging for small drinks in place of kids sizes without consent from the customers is theft. And learn to wipe the outside of the cups off before handing them out. They are always covered in soda. Between the untrained staff and the fries always being cold anytime after lunch it's very frustrating. Carthage is almost 30 minutes out of my way but I will take my business to them instead.
