It's McDonald's, what more do I need to say. Always know what you are getting, great comfort food.
Orders are not as fast as they used to be. This place is hardly crowded. It is a language barrier that exists when they get your order wrong. Isn't "ketchup" international for "ketchup." Management please work with us hungry customers. This is a "fast" food restaurant. Service is expected to be "fast" as well.
Horrible staff that pulls race card when you tell them how horrible they are at their jobs. I asked for my receipt so I could submit a survey describing how horrible the staff was and my experience was and when I went to place the survey the system showed it was completed already. The manager herself called me a racist because I told her that they need to put people who can actually hear and understand the orders and don’t rush the customer’s order over the drive thru speaker.
