July 8 2025 Stop by this morning and asked for my order to be made with no cheese and the guy at the window said we can’t do that right now. I replied with can’t or won’t and he said no it’s a McDonald’s, but it’s funny to say the least. I never come here and don’t make a plan to change that
The food was good but when we were in the Drive-Thru the present woman employee was unknowledgeable of the menu when I asked about what the Hot Cakes was. She ended rudely saying “I don’t know, I’ve never ordered it before.” She said in a way that was uncooperative and potentially harmful especially if the Hot Cakes contained any allergies and she refused to provide crucial details. I would recommend the restaurant ensure everyone is aware of all items so that service is kinder.
This McDonalds always provides quality service, but will make corrections easily if needed.
