I recently visited this McDonald's and was disappointed with the slow service. It's possible that they need to hire more staff to keep up with demand. The reviews I've read seem to echo this sentiment, which is unfortunate because I believe this location has potential. Perhaps with some adjustments to their staffing and workflow, they can improve the overall experience for customers.
There are no baby changing stations in either restroom, even though there is more than enough room. No excuse for that in this day and age. It also seemed like only one or two people were doing all the work, and they were not keeping up. There were constant alarms going off in the kitchen, and it sometimes took them several minutes to get them turned off. The food was fine, but overall, not a typical McDonald's experience.
