Went there at 6am. Doors were not open. Went through the drive through. No service. Workers were inside. I left with no food. HOT GARBAGE!!!
I do like this Location awhole lot,my issue with this location..They cater too much to the drive thru..Especially when they see customers standing at the counter..Do better
Absolutely unacceptable service. The drive-through employee (Marcus) was glued to his phone instead of doing his job and ignored my request for extra fries. I told him clearly that I ordered extra fries, yet I only received one. When I asked for his name, he responded with attitude and zero respect. If this is the level of service, management seriously needs to step in and fix it.
They ALWAYS get orders wrong it don't matter if I come there or order off doordash. Something is always wrong with my order. This branch is trash. All the managers are lazy and don't give a dam. The only manager that is worth anything here is Leo and he can't just work every shift and do it all himself. All the other managers are trash, you try and talk to them about your order being wrong and they get an attitude, especially that Asia or Jasmine manager idk I can't remember her name.
