The employees were just running around in complete chaos. Multiple people had wrong orders and the girls in there working were more interested in giving food to the group of boys being loud and disruptive in the dining room instead of taking care of customers.
I was disappointed by what I observed regarding how some teen employees were treated at this McDonald’s. The younger staff members appeared to be under a lot of pressure and were not always spoken to with the level of respect I would expect in a workplace. Teach your managers how to treat these workers better
I used my points to get a free ice cream cone and it was huge. Staff was friendly, happy and smiling. Brightened my day 😊
5 years later update. -Zero customer engagement. -I can’t name a time I’ve ever seen an employee smile at this McDonald’s. -I feel like I’m intruding by going here to purchase food. -I love seeing employees wear AirPods and talk on the phone while working with customers. It’s awesome.
