This is by far the WORST McDonald's in KCK!!! The can't EVER get a sandwich or meal right. I would rather drive to the hood and get McDonald's than eat at this location again. I had to pull up and wait 16 minutes for my food, then it comes out and the McChicken is wrong and I'm missing a cheeseburger. I had to go inside and when I explain my food is messed up, the manager looks at me like I'm lying when I HAD the receipt showing how they screwed up my food AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Awful service food cold then acted like I was the problem when I said I missing food. Then they Still messed up my order up!!! And because I had to wait for them to mess my order up again my fries and nuggets are cold and stale!!! This was the worst food I have EVER got from MCDONALDS!! Whoever the manager was working Tuesday April 28th at 730pm needs to be fired. Or put on trash duty because, thats what my family's dinner was, trash!! EVEN AFTER I SAID THERE WAS A ISSUE HE SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE IT WAS CORRECT!!!
Food was typical McD's. At least it was predictable. The standout thing about this McD's is the service. We have always had pretty good service here. Today our server was a young man named Trey, who super friendly and pleasant.
I bought a #3 around 8:40 pm. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get the order. The bun was black, (burnt). The fixings including the meat was horrible looking and the fries were cold, I guess because of the wait time. $12.76 wasted because it was inedible. This is truly unacceptable.
