The reviews from the last month are very telling. Many one star reviews, and one more from me! When I arrived in the drive thru, you could hear the bad attitude in the girls voice on the speaker. You know exactly what I mean. When I pulled up to pay she did not say a word, nor offer me a receipt. I thought my receipt would be at the next window but when I pulled up there I got to interact with a different employee with an even worse attitude problem. I went in the customer service was awful. The manager said she would speak to the girl about the poor customer service and they just laughed about it behind the counter I'm a teacher and I watched toddlers that behave better than the staff at this McDonald's
