I ordered a burger with NO BUN and they handed me a wrapped bun with 2 slices of cheese and a pickle, no burger. Then I walked away while they were "fixing it" and they asked SOMEONE ELSE what I wanted, then handed me a FULL BURGER and wanted to ARGUE WITH ME saying this other person said I wanted a bun. My friend and I went to this McDonald's after doing a mobile order. The second window drive thru woman was extremely rude. She attempted to blame us for a mistake that she made. This happened around 9am. My friend and I didn't get our full orders.
Totally disappointed with this McDonald’s. My elderly mother came through the drive-through with my daughter today and they did not get the orders straight so when my mother and daughter got home, my mother who is 92 called to ask her for the manager and the manager was so rude to her and told her she could not help her so I am very upset with this location and I hope to get in contact with the district manager
One of the worst McDonald's around. Bad attitude from staff, cold fries, half full fry containers, no receipt, wrong receipts, wrong orders, overcharged, and then, my favorite, the automated bot replying to these bad reviews. I actually visited the link and someone did reach out. They took all my information and said they would mail me a gift card. That was over a month ago now. Don't be fooled. They are only pretending to care.
