Lady at the counter was slamming her hands on the counter asked to upside rge drinks was told they weren't allowed to do that. She then asked District Manager ( her titling herself) and said they could do it with an increase of .39. This lady said she worked mornings obviously not willingly maybe voluntold. This is the second time being parked and forgotten about while they give my food away to someone else. Had to go inside after waiting for 20 minutes in the curbside pickup lane they told me to park at. The person waiting in line inside was also forgotten about and had her food given to someone else too. They fixed the issue after having to provide my receipt but management needs to be changed. This place use to be fast and accurate. I won’t go here again
