They always take forever, even when ordering with the app they don't bother to make the food til you get there even though you pay ahead on app. They water down their orange juice which is already 4$ for a large put in a medium cup so literally they are scamming you. Go anywhere else, mobile ordering anywhere else and guess what they prepare your food and drinks ahead of time when you pay on the app. Worst place to get food or drinks from.
Went to eat at 4pm and the lobby was closed but hours show open, the staff just looked at me when I tried to opening door.
Whoever they’ve got taking orders on Saturday afternoon (around 4pm) really goes out of their way to chase off business by being lazy, rude, and indifferent to customers. Tried to keep me on hold without explanation while I could hear them counting change through their microphone. Once it was clear they weren’t going to take an order, I drove off. If I were the owner, I’d fire this individual immediately…they’re actively doing deliberate damage to your profits.
Called because I put in an application and was rude , saying what do u want when I asked how their day was .
