I went through the drive-through this morningI I ordered a mocha frappe, but I didn’t get a straw so I had to go back in and grab a straw. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit, because I’m a vegetarian. They gave it to me with what it appears to be some type of soggy bacon. It wasn’t like they were extremely busy, it was just missing details that I shouldn’t have had to deal with going through a drive-through
I found a hair in my burger. When i called the store the manager was rude and unprofessional. When i went to get a refund the manager walked away from me as i came to the register and was extremely rude about processing a refund. Definitely unfit to be a manager.
This McDonald's can't seem to figure it out this is the 3rd time ive been giving a big mac thats literally thrown in the box. Cold fries thar werent ever salted. Whoever is the cook during lunch hour needs to be tought how to make food or fired. Atleast there friendly ive reviewed this place 3 times in the last 6 months. Not sure why we cant get simple food made correctly and hot and fresh. Its not hard
