They don’t honor the app. Two of us placed separate orders on separate accounts. Used the table service option. One was placed, and then I placed mine 15 min later. Mine came within minutes but the other order did not so we asked why not. We were told that the order never came through on their side. The Manager today was the rudest manager I have met at any fast food chain, We got to happy meals and an extra 4 piece nugget gave us 1 bbq sauce had my niece go up and ask for other 2 sauce he told her very rudely no u have to pay I went back to counter He stated the receipt says no bbq on the kids meals. I went back up there with receipt and the receipt clearly states kids meals has bbq sauce and He still argued with me about his screen said no bbq. Always have good service here. Today we did get a batch of fries that were greasy and soggy. The manager without skipping a beat replaced them with good ones! We appreciate the good service!
