Does good customer service not exist anymore?
We all know it's mcds, this store is beyond awful on the service side. In my last 10 or so trips I have yet to get a fry ordered to the size I requested. half full doesn't matter if it's a med or a large, small fry is the only 1 that is properly filled. Last night I stopped and order my usual got 2 miles down the road and discovered that they did not put my apple pie in the bag.
Everyone is always so patient with my complicated orders, and my food is always hot.
