Went here after ordering online. When I got to the lobby for dine in sat down. Waited ten minutes and then was told milk shake machine was down. OK fine, was told they could refund difference and provide fountain drinks. Five minutes go by and a different person delivers food (no drinks at all) and says they can make the two small shakes but not the large. OK my kids are willing to wait. Twenty minutes go by, no milkshakes. No refund. No one came to explain situation to us. Never coming back.
I could never understand why people are so mad when you ask for certain things in the drive-through I asked for a drink carrier today. I got their eyes were rolling in the back of their head. They had a different color shirt on in the crewmember so I’m assuming they are management and then they’re gonna serve me a shake that is on sale that they are advertising to get mad at me because I told them the shake looked. Pitiful walked away from me. Never once even apologize for the inconvenience or bad service that they gave me !... read more
