Self-service area always a mess. Never any ketchup packets. Trash cans full. Table tops dirty.
I always have to go inside and stand at the counter for a long time trying to get their attention. Service on pickups and drive through is oddly slow for how many people they have inside ignoring me trying to get my food on a bag just out of reach. Do not do curbside, they will never get to you. Just go in or use the drive through
The place is okay, but super disgusted. Went there tonight around 10pm (07/01/2025), and waited forever for our food. Through the window, me and my sister saw one of the employees pour the ice cream in a cup and proceed to lick her thumb with no gloves, spill the ice cream, then scoop it back into the cup with her bare hands that she had not washed after licking. Will not be ordering from here again if employees are just gonna be unsanitary.
