Went through drive thru and lady was rude and sounded like she didn’t want to take orders. Food made me and my husband nauseated after eating. The girl kept saying “I can’t hear you” several times and “anything else”?! Repetitively. I would stay away from this McDonald’s. Management needs to do better.
Placed order at 9:40 am, my wife went in to pick it up, they gave her the ice coffee that’s part of the order. Proceeds to make her wait 20 minutes, when she asked what’s taking so long they refused to give her order because she “didn’t check in” on the app. I had to drive up here to find out what was happening. No explanation; they just gave us our food and didn’t even bother apologizing that it took almost 1 hour to get our food.
Horrible. I stood there for over 20 mins with empress just walking by never once asking if I needed help. They were totally oblivious to me standing at the counter waiting for help. Do not go here. Its a horrible McDonald's and it stinks like smells like gym socks in there
They take to long in just 1 order
Rude management with terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Especially if you’re in a hurry to get your food
