Awful place. Tried to eat here twice. Ordered food on kiosk, no food. Not once came out to the front the entire 20 minutes we were there. Will never be back.
The Sprite runs out and they serve you water with baking soda; the employees are rude.
McDonald's on Whitemarsh island should be closed down! Thid location is the worst I've ever been to! Orders always wrong..they are VERY rude and when you contact the owner who btw owns both whitemarsh and wilmington locations, takes up for them and makes excuses for anything and everything and the food quality is awful! Might be time ro get the state involved they need a sneak visit because own dog won't eat this crap they call food! I got my food fast and the employees were more attentive than some fast food places
Went through the drive through, ordered my food and when I got to the window they had me pull around front. They had me wait a half hour and they didn't even bring the food out. I went in and they had forgotten I was out front. The cherry on top is they gave me the wrong order too. Don't go to this location. It's worth the extra trip to go to the one on Wilmington island.
