The most horrible experience I've ever had at a McDonald's hands down! Waited about hour in the drive through last night ( around 10 pm) took forever to get a response at the speaker. When I finally got to the window and got my food my order was wrong and then she asked me to give her the food back and sat the food down like she planned on giving it to other customers which is disgusting because I had handled that food to dig it out of my bag. One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. The manger has one of the worst customer service attitudes I have ever come across. Just slammed the bag down like I was a major inconvenience.
If you hate working here, go find another job. The front desk lady was in a horrible mood and just frankly rude to customers. Ordered breakfast with a sugar free vanilla latte, gave me a full sugar iced drink. When I went to return it got an attitude and saw the people making the food on their phone with gloves on going straight back to making food. Bacon was barely cooked. The only good experience was the guy bringing our food out. He seemed like the only one who was in good spirits.
