ordered a latte waited 20 minutes
Ordered Ice tea and it had a weird discoloration, cloudy w little ice. Food was cold (fries, burger and apple pies)...possible just a bad day
Asked for sweet tea, hot regular tea. They didnt put the lid down so it spilled down my shirt. My fries were cold and it was just a lot of little fry ends like at the end of the bag. Then I asked for bbq sauce and they didnt even ask what sauce I wanted then didn't put it in the bag.
They couldn’t make sweet tea to save their lives here, tasted bad & hardly any sugar, their mobile ordering wasn’t working, had to use kiosk, no paper in printer, & when my order was ready they just put it on counter and didn’t say a word.
Went to place an order via kiosk and it was cancelled three times walked out then ordered via the app for drive thru and the order processed they need to figure out how the process works if they want people to order via the kiosk.
