Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Very rude service, told me she was not ready to take my order and was too busy.
Says they are sanitary but it's dirty also when I ordered from the kiosk and clicked to pay cash at the counter and nobody came

I sat in this drive thru for about 30 minutes and didn’t get food. It seems like they were extremely short staffed, which is understandable, however I’ve come here two other times and it’s been consistently slow. So not only did I wait about 20 minutes in drive thru to place my order, when I get to the window and pay, the lady tells me I need to pull up because they don’t have it ready.
