Since when does McDonald's fish sandwich come with HALF a slice of cheese? That used to be the best part of the sandwich. Melty and thick cheese. Now it's cut in half and so thin. So stupid.
I went through the drive-through using the mobile app with a code. There was a problem with the code so the person working the drive-through window got their manager. The manager Heidi was awful. All she did was make faces and tell me she is not an app designer. Not sure what that’s supposed to mean. But she could not have been any ruder. . I come to this McDonald’s all the time with my boys and it’s usually good but this time in drive through I was asking for the new coffee item and was met with some hostile looks by one of the workers. As a manager at burgerking in ocon I’d expect my employees to treat guests with the utmost courtesy and respect and not hostile glances the staff needs training on basic customer greetings. Hope to see it happen otherwise the food was great.
