Fix your hours on google!!! Says you’re open until midnight and yet you guys close at 11. I drove all the way from rock island and the guy standing in the windows couldn’t even open the door to explain you guys are already closed. Just sat there messing around with the computer didn’t acknowledge us at all. Waste of gas and my time.
Went at 1120pm when they closing at midnight, sat at the ordering screen for 2 mins before saying hello.. no answer, 2 mins later.. hello again.. no answer.. ordered anyway, no answer at all.. ummmmmmmm??????? I clearly left after no reason from anyone. Uhhh is this how customer service works?
Ordered a Quater Pounder with NO cheese. When I got home, it had two slices of cheese on it. I also ordered a small M&M McFlurry, the worker put down an Oreo McFlurry but I caught it on the screen and had it changed. That’s two out of the three things that I ordered that were messed up. It’s simple listening and it’s literally McDonalds. It’s not rocket science. LISTEN please
