I did a mobile order for a sausage McMuffin with egg, which is more expensive than just the sausage McMuffin (obviously), but got home and there's no egg in the sandwich. The only solution the store offered was to have me drive back and get a new sandwich. Uh, no. I have other things to do today. A better solution would be to credit the account for the egg at minimum, but the whole sandwich to keep the customer.
