The ordering kiosk design needs to be more customer friendly. It’s like an 90’s Microsoft PC not easy to operate like an Apple computer. I ordered 4 chicken strips and added one sauce but it wouldn’t let me go farther. Finally an employee explained I had to pick another sauce and when I did I still could not complete the order! Chick-fil-a here I come!!
