Ordered two happy meals on the in the drive through for the kids and ordered extra(!) 2 souces (ketchup) and paid extra(!!) and got none! Not only did not get the extra but got no souces at all! How hard is to follow a simple order of two happy meals and put souces???
This place needs to hire more people. The guy at the register said “I’ll be right with you” and then walked away when there was a long line, and then didn’t take any orders for at least ten minutes. I know that corporate is greedy and demands as much profit as possible at the expense of literally everything else, but they’re not going to make more sales by deliberately understaffing. Seems very short-sighted on their part.
My husband ordered a bacon double quarter pounder. We asked for no cheese and no onions. We not only got cheese but 2 slices and 2 tiny slices of bacon. The quality of service continues to go down hill at this location.
Awful, place!! I was harassed by an employee who was clearly on something. His pants was unzipped, he was rapping and swearing and getting fresh with one of the coworkers who one of the managers told them not to dare report this to HR.
