0 stars. Avoid avoid avoid. An employee, who looked to be the manager, was incredibly rude and quite frankly mean when I asked for a side of milk and sugar for my tea this morning. He behaved as if he was a toddler having a temper tantrum. He stormed around the kitchen like a tyrant and quite frankly, I’d be afraid to work there. Not a team player. Poor management. And the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
This place needs to be boycott and shut down. Service is abysmal, why am I paying top dollar for minimal effort, low quality "food" and no service? Taking advantage of customers like this is criminal, no receipt is ever given unless explicitly asked for so that when they screw up your order or over charge for something you didn't order you have to drive all the way back just to prove it.
