Staff members are unprofessional and always forgetting things. When I asked for a straw, it was not given to me. Had to go inside and get it myself. Nobody was at the register even with multiple people waiting.
3/24/2026 update, drive safe thru service was excellent. Food prepared perfectly and diet coke hitting big time. Thank you staff for being the best you can be. I recommend people to try this McDonalds at Just nes Creek and Coursey Blvd Baton Rouge Louisiana. Previous visits below. Hmm. Tried the double cheeseburger small fries and coke. Wow! How do you make a cheeseburger with no cheese? Two cheeseburger meal and both came with no cheese or onions. Second was a double cheeseburger meal which also had no cheese. That one came with onions on the outside stuck to the bun instead of inside where they were supposed to be. Fix your incompetence. This has happened too many times.
Third time within a month go through the drive-through at 6 o’clock in the morning and nobody ever takes my order or anybody’s only one car in the parking lot. What a joke I don’t know why that McDonald’s is still open.
Its a shame the way this mcdonalds has been run in the ground,. Use too be a great place
