Horrible rude manager or whoever she was at the window I didn’t get a total and she shorted me out my change and she also had an attitude whoever the biggest lady was there on 4/16 at 11pm horrible horrible human being if you don’t like your job quit it.
We ordered 2 number 8 which is the fish meal. When we got home and found they had given us Double cheese burgers and chicken nuggets we did not order. Some body got our order. When I called they never said they were sorry. They wanted us come back, but we live too far away. Making a mistake is one thing but to not care is wrong.
spent 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting in the drive-thru, only to finally reach the speaker and be told rudely that they weren’t taking drive-thru orders at that time, only walk-ins. This should have been communicated before customers were left waiting in line. Very frustrating experience, especially on a limited break.
